I believe the first 24 months of a founder's journey are the most precious and vulnerable, and the stage where an investor can have the most outsized impact. I never take for granted the opportunity to partner closely with founders at this stage, helping them take their ideas from possible to inevitable.

Simon is an early-stage investor based in San Francisco.

Simon began his career at McKinsey, where he supported Fortune 500 companies on cloud and IT strategy. He then moved into venture at Unusual Ventures, focusing on open-source and infrastructure software. Most recently, he was a Partner at Sunflower Capital.

Simon graduated from UCLA, where he studied computer science.
