Prior to joining First Round, Caroline worked across healthcare and nonprofit leadership, where she helped launch and scale a community program from the ground up. Across each role, she found herself drawn to the intersection of operational excellence and community-building, believing that the most meaningful outcomes are often shaped by the invisible work that no one else sees.
