Prior to joining First Round, Sofia built her career in the wine industry, where she worked across hospitality, events, marketing, communications, and PR. She studied Wine & Viticulture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and brings a detail-oriented, hospitality-driven approach to creating thoughtful, well-executed experiences.
